Our standard fee for tracing of home and or employment details where possible is R380-00 (Three Hundred & Eighty Rand), turnaround time at least 4-5 weeks on a “no trace no fee” basis. Should you require an “URGENT” trace (attended to immediately, 7-10 working days) the fee is R495-00 (Four Hundred & Ninety-Five Rand). Please indicate specifically if you require work or home details or if either is acceptable as a positive trace result.

Our results are guaranteed for 60 (Sixty) days from date of report. Should there be a rare “comeback” on a trace we require notification together with a copy of “return of non-service” and would appreciate if we were afforded the opportunity to immediately re-trace failing which a credit will be passed.

Once-off (private) tracing is welcome; those wanting this service need to contact me (George) telephonically so as to discuss details.

Our terms are “Strictly 30 days” from date of statement.

Company (CIPC) and deeds searches are available at a fee of R150.00. ITC searches are available at a fee of R150.00

For each instruction you will be given (by email) a report/no-trace report and an invoice in the event of a positive trace.

At each month end you will receive a statement for work done in the month. We are exceptionally proud to mention that our “comeback” rate is widely spoken of since it is almost nonexistent. 90% of our new business has come from referrals and word of mouth.
